How do I prepare for my interview with Tembo Care and what do I need?
When attending the interview, please ensure the following:
1. Identification: Please have your ID and DBS certificate ready to show over the camera at the beginning of the interview.
2. Internet Coverage: Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid any disruptions.
3. Location: Choose a quiet and private location where you won't be disturbed during the interview.
When will I be interviewed?
We will offer you a time and a date for your interview after we have checked that you have all the necessary paperwork to join Tembo Care.
How do I choose the time and date of the Interview?
Once your uploaded documents have been successfully verified, we will contact you immediately to offer available interview slots. You will receive a link via email from us, allowing you to easily choose the most convenient day and time for your online interview.
Where do I go for the interview?
All interviews take place online - so you can be wherever you like. Please make sure you have a good internet connection and a quiet background to talk to us. We will provide you with the meeting details via email.
What do I need to have with me for the Interview?
You will need to have all your paperwork (DBS and Proof of ID) with you and we will need to see it during the video call. Without this step your interview can not be carried out.
What happens at the interview?
- At the beginning of the interview you must show your original ID and original DBS at the interview to the person interviewing you. If you are not able to do that, we won't be able to continue with the interview.
- During the interview, we will collaboratively go through all required questions, and we will also dedicate time to thoroughly discuss and explore your professional background and experience in the care sector.
- We will also take the opportunity to discuss your professional qualifications, where applicable.
- You can also ask any questions you may have.
How long is the interview?
Maximum 15 minutes.
What else do I need to know about the interview?
We record and keep every interview in our secure system to enhance safety and security.
What do I need to do after the interview?
Once the interview is over, we kindly ask you to remind your references that we will be in touch. This will speed up the verification process. Once all the references are complete, we will activate your account and you will be able to take any available jobs you are interested in.
How long after the interview can I start taking jobs?
Within 24 hours provided that your reference checks and all mandatory training are complete.
Tembo Care reserves the right to withdraw or terminate an application if the applicant is deemed unsuitable for the platform.
