0. Registration Process

  1. Verify your account: Register as a carer and verify your email address.
  2. Upload a profile photo of yourself.
  3. Write your profile summary.
  4. Upload a proof of identification.
  5. Upload your Enhanced DBS certificate.
  6. Provide your right to work: a share code if you are NOT a British or Irish Citizen.
  7. Provide details of your references from the care sector.
  8. Submit your application.
  9. Online Interview: Upon the successful verification of your submitted information, you will receive an email invitation to book your online interview.
  10. Complete the mandatory courses related to the chosen care sector.
  11. Account activation: When the references are verified and the mandatory courses are completed, your account will be activated. You are ready to accept jobs.      
  12. Add your care sector related qualifications and certificates including First Aid certificates.
