I have received a booking confirmation but I can't see who's accepted my offer?

Once your booking has been confirmed by us, we will send the job offer to the available carers and if you have favourites we will contact them first.

Once a carer has accepted your booking, we will send you an email with all their details, so you always know exactly who is coming to your setting or home.
