Continuity of Care
At Tembo Care, we prioritise consistency for our families. Whenever you make a booking, we offer it to carers you have met before first. If you have selected "favourite" carers on our website, we will always try them as our top priority.
While we always endeavour to find you an experienced and reliable carer, many of our team have commitments to their own families. This means it may not always be possible to supply the same carer for every visit. In practice, families find they get to know four or five carers who cover the majority of their bookings.
What happens next?
As soon as a booking is filled, we will send you an email with full details about your Tembo Care carer.
