You must cancel your job with at least 12 hours notice of its due start time.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the job's start time, we may deactivate your account for one week.
If this occurs on multiple occasions, the clients we work with will deem you unreliable and we will not be able to offer you jobs.
So please try and keep the jobs you accept and cancel with plenty of notice if necessary.
