Pre-booked jobs (any job that is accepted in advance, not on the same day):
If your pre-booked job is cancelled with less than 6 hours notice, you will be paid 50% of the full booking amount you would have earned.
This acknowledges your commitment and the fact that you may have turned down other work to be available.
Same-day jobs (any job that is accepted on the day it is scheduled to take place):
If your same-day job is cancelled within 30 minutes of you accepting the job, unfortunately, no payment will be made. This is because we treat these as rapid-response roles where time is crucial and plans may change quickly. If your job is cancelled more than 30 minutes after you accepted the job, you will be paid 50% of the full booking amount you would have earned. This acknowledges your commitment and the fact that you may have turned down other work to be available.
