To ensure consistency, we follow a clear priority process:

Your Favourites: If you have selected "favourite" carers, we always approach them first. (To learn how to choose your favourite carer, click here.)

Previous Carers: If your favourites are unavailable, we will reach out to other carers who have visited you before.

Best Local Match: If a "favourite" or "repeat" carer is not available, we will assign the carer who lives closest to you and best matches the preferences set in your account.
