How can I choose my favourites? Once you are logged in, you can browse our available carers. To add someone to your list, simply click the "Add to Favourites" button on their profile. You can have up to 20 carers in your favourites at any one time.
How do I change my favourites? To amend your list, log into My Account. From there, you can view your current favourites and update your selection by clicking on a carer’s profile and choosing the relevant button to add or remove them.
What are the favourites for? The "Favourites" feature is designed to give you more control over who cares for your children or vulnerable adults. By building a list of up to 20 preferred carers, you ensure these individuals receive priority notification for your booking requests, helping to maintain a consistent and familiar care team.
