How do I get paid?

At Tembo Care, we want to make sure you get paid for your hard work as quickly and smoothly as possible. We operate a cashless system, and all payments are processed through our secure online platform.

Adding your bank details

Before you accept your first job, you must add your bank account details to your profile. This ensures that once your timesheet is approved, there are no delays in sending your earnings to you.

To add or update your details:

  1. Log in to your Tembo Care account.
  2. Go to your Profile or Account Settings.
  3. Enter your UK bank account number and sort code.
  4. Important: If you change your bank account at any time, please remember to update these details immediately on your account to avoid payments being sent to the wrong place.

The payment process

Getting paid is a simple three-step process:

  1. Submit your timesheet: After completing a job, you must submit your timesheet providing the exact start and end times.
  2. Client Approval: Once you submit your timesheet, the client  will be asked to approve it. 
  3. Payment Processing: After the client approves the hours our accounting department will process the details and your payment will be deposited to your bank account the next payday.
