What does pending approval mean?

Sometimes you will see in your job list that your job is 'Pending approval'. 

This means we have asked the client to approve the timesheet that you submitted. 

Once they approve, it is sent for payment. We are unable to proceed with any jobs until the timesheet submitted has been approved. The client has one week to approve your timesheet. After that the timesheets are automatically approved. 
In case you submit a timesheet that is incorrect, the client will reject it and request the timesheet to be adjusted. Please note that payment will not happen until the client has approved the timesheet and is happy to pay the invoice.
