The settings depend on you and they might not be able to work in ratios or carry out tasks on time. Families and clients at home may also have appointments and they need to leave on time. Your lateness can potentially delay them.
So please always be on time and if you are late even by a minute, call the client to let them know so they can make arrangements until you arrive.
