What can I expect once I have made my first booking?

Once you have made your booking you should straight away get a confirmation email from us stating that your booking was successful.
 
Then, once a carer has accepted your booking, you get a second email with all their details.
 
Lastly, you will get a reminder text from us 12 hours before the booking is due to start.
